General Skills:
*At least 3 years of testing experience
Good Communicator and a team player
Excellent attitude, a person who enjoys the work
Should be a self starter, ready to work in a dynamic environment where
changes are possible almost every day. Ready to cope up with the changes and
make necessary adjustments to test artifacts
Requirements may not be available in the level it is supposed to be. Hence
the resource is able to review the requirements, supporting material and
develop various test artifacts (if needed) in addition to test cases
creation
Should be familiar with basic testing principles
Should have good analytical, reasoning skills

Work specific Skills:
*Good knowledge in Report Testing {Should have performed any Reports
testing in the past}
Good knowledge in creating basic SQL Queries
Knowledge about SAP BW Environment is a plus. But not a mandatory {If the
resource knows the fundamentals of SAP BW environment, knowledge of BEx
queries it will be great}
knowledge in Business Objects Reports testing (both Crystal based as well as
WEBI based) is a must
Knowledge of Universe is a plus, but not mandatory
