*Need Jr Data Analyst @ Rate:$30/Hr* Job Title: Jr Data Analyst Location: Foster City, CA Duration: 6 months Job Description: Must have good experience and skills in MS Office specially in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Macros, creating Metrics using the excel charts, graphs. Under the direction of immediate manager, provides troubleshooting and support for reconciliations. Execution and QC of Reconciliation requests with daily deadlines. Able to catalog all existing current requests received by the Data Retrieval Team Manage the receipt of requests and following up to clarify any missing essential data fields missing from the form with the requester Acknowledge receipt to all requesters and where required, provide updates on the status of their job. Able to work with the Systems management team to assign/re-assign work, prioritize the workload and manage new requests based on team availability and workload Assign and track target completion dates and flag late reports to Systems management team Prepare reports/metrics of workload and activities for Systems management team. Follows pre-defined task lists with given development tool, but not limited to Recording and distributing team meeting minutes. Work Environment: Their team is doing data retrieval using COGNOS and working in Argus Wants someone who doesn’t know much on drug safety, but someone who understands clinical data as they will be working with drug safety data (for individual case clinical data) Will be doing reconciliation as they pull from the drug safety AND clinical CDM and merge it into multiple requests – will be managing incoming requests and plan to work on it Then it goes to clinical data management and operations They are basically reconciliation from CDM and Argus to make sure they are the same. They have a Macro template that they plug the data in and they run this automatically.
