Duration: 6+ MONTHS Contract Location: Redwood City CA Interview Process: Onsite is required To work as a primary PeopleSoft financials 9.1 Business analyst primarily on Production support & enhancement activities all the way from requirements, support thru deployment of fixes/tickets. Key Skills Needed: Ø Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst supporting a Finance organization Ø Extensive configuration, hands on knowledge (minimum of 3 years) on PeopleSoft Financials 8.8 or higher with either Order to Cash (AR, BI, CA) and/or Procure to Pay (PO, AP, Cash, AM, GL) processes including multi-currency, VAT, document sequencing and alternate accounts. Ø Experience creating queries using PS Query Responsibilities: Ø Able to support Finance Applications day to day support activities - primarily PeopleSoft Financials (Global)and other SaaS applications like Coupa/Hyperion/Cadency etc Ø Perform production support for at least 3 of these PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 modules– General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Purchasing, and Cash Management, AR, BI, Contracts. Ø Able to follow the standard Service Management/Change Management processes using different ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira etc. Ø Work closely with end users to identify and document functional requirements for enhancements/upgrades to financial systems, including PeopleSoft Finance. Ø Develop, manage and implement a testing plan to ensure the system meets end user requirements. Ø Ensure that user requests are continuously tracked as a means of identifying common problems that may require a global solution. Required Skills/Experience: Ø B.S (Finance, Business, or IT), or equivalent experience Ø Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst supporting a Finance organization Ø Extensive configuration, hands on knowledge (minimum of 3 years) on PeopleSoft Financials 8.8 or higher with either Order to Cash (AR, BI, CA) and/or Procure to Pay (PO, AP, Cash, AM, GL) processes including multi-currency, VAT, document sequencing and alternate accounts. Ø Experience creating queries using PS Query Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ø Experience in business requirements gathering, process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional design specifications, system configuration, and development of system tests, procedures and documentation.
