Please respond with any available profile to [email protected] or can call me at desk for further queries…… Description: Program Manager 6-months or w/ option Detroit, MI Requirements: · Must have 7+ years of PMO Lead/Program Mgmt experience inclusive of : o general project support, o executive dashboard reporting, o managing and rolling up integrated project schedules into a master program schedule, o monitoring and controlling program logs, o managing program and project status reporting and meetings, o business process improvement/standardization, o Collaboration tools support and escalation coordination/administration. · The Project Manager will be responsible for understanding the business goals and deliverables, identifying tasks and resources, communicating success and issues, creating the project plan and schedule, monitoring progress to the plan, documenting issues and risks, creating a backlog, communication with team members, and progress reporting. · Success factor for this position include solutions deployed on time that meet the business needs. · Execute the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals. o Manage changes to project scope: Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptance. o Monitor and control project work: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders. o Communicate project plan: Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the Project Plan, in order to align the stakeholders and team members. · Establish project deliverables: Record detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables, using requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups) and the project charter. o Conduct kick-off meeting: Conduct a kick-off meeting with all key stakeholders in order to announce the start of the project and review the overall project plan and gain consensus. o Implement approved actions: Implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the project. o Develop project team: Improve team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading, mentoring, training, and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and boost morale. · PMP Certified Preferred · Excellent team building, people and management skills. · Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail\ · Must be self-starter, proactive and willing to learn and grow with the business. · Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. · Must demonstrate a hands-on approach, attention to detail and results orientation.
