*Need SharePoint Lead / Architect, Need EAD-GC,GC And USC* *JobTitle: SharePoint Lead / Architect* Location: Herndon, VA Duration: 3 month with a chance of extension All candidates submitted must have or have had before a secret clearance or public trust. Requirement: This is a team lead/architect role on a project supporting a DHS component to create an enterprise level idea sharing solution in SharePoint 2016 called idea factory. The idea factory will allow users to submit ideas for how to improve component processes. Component leadership will be able to escalate ideas for maximum viewership. Specific Duties Participate in project planning activities including requirements gathering, requirements analysis, resource planning, and infrastructure planning. Develop a solution strategy for the idea factory project using a deep understanding of SharePoint 2016. Provide technical detail for SDLC, privacy, and security documentation. Liaise with engineers and system architects. Formulate persuasive technical positions that will help move the project over bureaucratic hurdles. Coordinate the daily work of a small group of developers. Create flowcharts, wire diagrams, and slides to convey technical information to technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrate prototypes and concepts for technical and non-technical audiences. Some coding and SharePoint configuration may be necessary. Skills and Abilities In depth knowledge and understanding of SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 features and best practices. Experience planning and building enterprise level SharePoint solutions. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experience working with Agile and waterfall project management practices. Familiarity with federal SDLC, privacy, accessibility, and security practices. Understand and follow Section 508 standards as applied by DHS.
