Duration: 1 year Client: RWJBarnabas Health Location: Oceanport, New Jersey Interview: Phone Hire Minimum Requirements: 1. Basic ' team lead' type ( not being called a manager or lead; but that's what we want -skill set wise to lead HR / Benefits implementation / conversion. 2. Configuration, training, testing / test plans, Mappings, setup of foundation data, parallel testing for both HR and 3 Payrolls. Client uses : Lawson, Ultipro, Paychex, and Concur for expenses Knowledge of other modules - such as Payroll, Time and Attendance and Talent Management important from integration standpoint.
