Please revert me on * [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Technical Manager Role :-* · Being able to assess and provide estimates for new projects coming in. · Assist in working through application design and some solution design efforts. · Define and assign work items to development staff. · Track assigned items through completion and delivery to QA. · Managing multiple concurrent projects including the coordination of code check in and deliveries. · Ability to work with the project team BAs, BSAs, PMs and Development manager to track down requirement and design clarifications. · Work with the QA team to track and resolve reported issues. · Should be familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies. *Java Requirement :-* 1. Work with product owners and team lead to interpret feature requests and develop software in iterative design/build/test cycles 2. Experience with full lifecycle of project development for Java Applications 3. Experience in Open source frameworks e.g. Hibernate, Spring (Core ,MVC). 4. Excellent in Core java. 5. Excellent in Advance Java (Servlet and jsp) . 6. Good Understanding of Swing (hands on would be best case but its rare as nobody use it in market now days only for legacy projects ) 7.
