Development of product quality & reliability data analytics capability for
Entertainment Group Supply Chain products.
*Key Roles and Responsibilities:*
Automate current daily, weekly and monthly reporting packages freeing up
time of the team for more strategic or innovative projects. Ensure that
automation techniques preserve current reporting outputs and meet the needs
of the business, clients and leadership.
Create & maintain reporting solutions that keeps cost structure low and
provides accurate & timely information. Reviews reports and provides
actions required to continuously improve as the data sources continuously
change. Defines new reporting enhancements to keep up with reporting
needs and capabilities. Lead design reviews to modify and/or correct any
issues across organizations prior to implementation. Work with the software
development, product management, and IT to determine needed enhancements
and architecture changes. May work with outside vendors to
identify/schedule programs and support materials for quality & reliability
data analytics needs.
Optimize system and integration approaches to leverage latest technology
capabilities and standards. Identifies the method and process deficiencies
that may inhibit effectiveness.
Ensures data quality. Leads the planning, developing, and implementation of
methods for ensuring data quality using accurate methods, procedures, and
processes in order to deliver timely and accurate Entertainment Group
Supply Chain product quality analytics and reports. Reviews reporting and
data analytics product designs, establishes procedures and techniques for
control of quality standards, confers with customers to define and resolve
reporting quality problems.
Supports requests for Ad Hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Writes and maintains documentation including technical and user manuals,
programming manuals, service manuals, operational specifications, and
related technical publications to communicate clearly and effectively
technical specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences.
Ensures system documentation is ISO9000 compliant.
