Please find the requirement below ; If you find yourself comfortable with the requirement please reply back with your updated resume upon [email protected] *Role:* Production Support – SME *Skills Required:* Oracle Weblogic, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Oracle and MS SQL Databases *Location:* Richmond, VA NO OPT's Need Visa Copy + Passport No (If H1B) RATE:$45 C2C maxx · *Responsibilities of a Production Support SME:* Daily BAU activities specific to Production support role includes Incident and Change Management, Release and Deployment support for all payments Commercial bank applications, Application Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Support, Reporting and perform Incident Triage. · Participate in planning session for each release and ensure that all necessary tasks are completed prior to production roll out. · Serves as an escalation point for analyzing and resolving the problem and service requests and document all the findings. · Liaise with other interfacing system team members and vendors to ensure that the production incidents are resolved within SLA. · Responsible to review and update the technical documentation every quarter. · Must be willing to work in shifts and provide on-call support.
