Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only)*
1. Significant knowledge and experience with ExactTarget / Salesforce
Marketing Cloud Services (Email creation, Subscriber management, A/B
Testing, Mobile Push, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder)
2. HTML/Email marketing experience at an operational level focused on a
subscription / retention business model
3. Significant knowledge and experience with AMPScript and the ExactTarget
API
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Strong hands on experience with Database (SQL)
2. Experience testing and troubleshooting in multiple browsers or email
clients with a strong sense of web design and user experience fundamentals
Desired years of experience* : 4-7 years
Education/ Certifications (Required) :
BTech/ MS /MBA
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Development of dynamic and responsive emails, landing pages,
subscription forms, profile centres, API calls, and SQL queries.
2. Coding of HTML emails and landing pages using ExactTarget Marketing
Cloud Services proprietary scripting language (i.e. AMPScript) as well as
automation and database tools to execute highly dynamic, data-driven
campaigns
3. Create 1:1 customer centric journey builder interactions and integrate
with Sales Cloud to track, report and manage customer lifecycle.
