code/unit test on time and accurately based on mutually agreed timeframes.

- Experience in RAD a plus
- Good oral and written communications skills, including the
ability to communicate effectively with the project team, other
application teams and clients.
- Organization and time management skills are critical, as is
the ability to multi-task efficiently.
- General end user technology support and troubleshooting
qualifications required.
- Knowledge/experience with XML is required.
- Understanding of OOP concepts is required.
- Experience with .NET essential.
- Experience in a team development environment.
- Experience in Classic ASP/VB/COM+ is a plus
- Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision
is essential.
- Knowledge of system development techniques and tools is
required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft personal productivity tools
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) is required.
