*Required Skill:*

   - Candidate should have worked implementing and configuring CRM 6.0, for
   a call center environment to handle Customer Service.
   - Candidate should have strong utility industry focus and must have
   implemented CRM 6.0 for an utility company with back end ISU ECC system.
   - Must have integrated this CRM 6.0 environment with back office utility
   operations being run out of SAP ECC 6.0 modules.
   - Ability to configure IC Web Client and make changes to screen
   presentation, menu choices, launch ECC transactions
   - Good Technical expertise around the Web Client involving
   troubleshooting replication issues, BOL Structures, tapping into BOL
   Structures for screen enhancements is preferred
   - Experience designing interactive scripts for call centers to handle
   calls, collect information and trigger subsequent transactions in back
   office after collecting this information is preferred.
   - Knowledge and experience working in ISU CCS in ECC 6.0 environment
   preferred
   - Knowledge and Experience working with master data replication of ISU
   technical and business data between ECC and CRM preferred
   - Should be a quick learner
