*Need - PeopleSoft Tech Developer, Need GC Or USC * Title:PeopleSoft Tech Developer Location:San Diego, CA Duration:1 Year contract Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a PeopleSoft Technical Developer role on several PeopleSoft implementation, upgrade, integration projects. Mandatory experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Developer with PeopleSoft HCM application version 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.53 and up. Should have worked on a full life cycle upgrade project from 9.x to 9.2. Experience with Affordable Care Act (ACA) in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 with experience in configuration, data load, form production, review and analysis for IRS codes, data accuracy, and actual finalization of ACA form data, final forms production for employees and for IRS filing. Experience printing ACA data on RR Donnelley forms along with RR Donnelley envelopes. Must understand all sections of the ACA forms and final IRS filing procedure and proper logging for tracking IRS filing status. Experience of ACA filing for calendar year 2015 via PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. Experience with consent process is a plus. Experience handling ACA corrections and corrected form production and reissues in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and with IRS Will have to be the main POC to keep track of all ACA related release news and update ids released by Oracle and work with PeopleSoft admins for ACA update id and prerequisite applications, before configuration work begins.
