Job Description :
Experience with leading high-pressure customer-facing outage bridges
- Experience on Github or other Source Control and Repository
- Knowledge in Microsoft Azure & AWS Cloud Computing Services (be prepared
to answer questions about what you have done with these systems)
- Knowledge in Unix/Linux and Windows Server Administration.
- Experience defining, building and maintaining a CI/CD pipeline for
deployment on different cloud environments (preferably Microsoft Azure)
- Tool building and Automation Knowledge (be prepared to discuss examples
of tools you have built)
- Programming experience, (Python, .NET, PowerShell, Shell Scripting) *Python
preferred*. (be able to talk about what you have worked on)
- Excellent Skills in Triage and Troubleshooting problems that span
multiple domains (application, web, network, system, hardware)
- Experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Knowledge in Kibana, Grafana and Elastic Search is a plus.
- Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Must be willing to join an on call-rotation
