*Skill Set: Java Developer ( Multiple positions)*
*Location: Detriot, MI.*
*Duration: 6 Months *
5 J2EE Java Developer positions of varying levels from junior level to Mid /
Senior Level (Senior level would have both some architect, analysis and
mentoring experience) (Mid level would have Analysis and development
experience) (Junior level needs excellent communication but could pretty
much be a heads done coder)
Candidates must have:
1. J2EE Java
a. Junior level would be 3+ years
b. Mid level would be 5+ years with solid analysis
c. Senior level would be 8+ years with Architecture
2. Solid experience with JSF is mandatory
3. Solid Hibernate experience is mandatory
4. 2+ years of XML / Web Services experience
5. Excellent communication skills is need and ability to work in a
team environment and meet deadlines.
Highly preferred skills especially with mid to senior level candidates:
1. Subversion
2. Ant
3. Cruise Control
4. Branching/Merging/Source Code Management and Release Management
Other Preferred skills:
1. Oracle DB (as in SQL) but not super heavy
2. Flex (very light..but we got a couple components)
3. REST
4. Linux familiarity (all our dev/qa/uat/prod env’s are on Linux, have to
find your way around)
5. JBoss familiarity
6. Ajax, Dojo, Javascript experience
