VMWare Systems Administrator Location: Los Angeles, CA Duration: 6 months Skills/Details: . The VMware system is a pilot of their Dynamic Infrastructure project. . This initiative is part of customer's shared infrastructure initiative and will automate requesting back end IT infrastructure services. . Position requires systems administrator (SA) experience supporting a Linux, Redhat or windows environment. . SA will act as the interface with networking, configuration management and other support services. . Resource will be responsible for the installation and setup of VMWare ESX, Redhat Linux and Windows. . Resource will serve as the interface with networking, configuration management and other support services. . Ensures patches and updates are done in a timely manner. . Support requests for new images. . Hardware platforms consist of HP c-class blade enclosure, Cisco network gears and NetApp Storage Controller. . Provide level 2 support. . Resource will work under guidance of Disney's Dynamic Infrastructure System Architect . Possible short trip to Orlando Florida required. . Resource must provide there own laptop or work station.
