*Job Title : ServiceNow BALocation : Minneapolis, MN (Need Local)Duration :
Long Term ContractMANAGER NOTES:* Role of BA will be to manage the request
of ServiceNow tickets, assess, work with internal customer, figure out
solution, build out requirements, etc. Individual needs to have strong
communication
skills, in-depth functional understanding of ServiceNow and experience with
ITIL practices (incident, change, knowledge management).

*ServiceNow Business Analyst*
The ServiceNow business analyst will work as member of the Ecolab IT
ServiceNow Team and will manage the intake of requests to the team. The
candidate will perform analysis on the requests to understand the
current process, platform functionality and determine the best solution for
the customer.

*Main Responsibilities:*
Manage intake of requests for ServiceNow team
Perform extensive analysis on requests to understand platform
functionality, the current process and the change requested to determine
the best solution for the company, customer and the platform.
Assist the customer in finding a solution that meets their needs.
Perform requirements gathering
Present completed items ready to move to development in the Governance
Board meeting for approval to move forward
Collaborate with team, customers, key stakeholders/process owners and
vendors in order to meet delivery goals
Consistently work to improve on delivery and quality of service to the
customer
Define, implement, document, standard operating procedures and best
practices and ensure compliance
Perform the business analyst function for internal and external projects
and assignments

*Basic Qualifications:*
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related
degree
5+ years of experience in Information Technology
3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow
Experience with ITIL practices
Must have in-depth functional understanding of how the ServiceNow system
operates
Must be available to participate in an on call rotation
Must have experience setting up and leading meetings with customers
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, prioritize work and
navigate competing tasks
Experience working with an offshore development team
Extensive experience working within the ServiceNow platform and it’s
modules\applications including Incident Management, Service Catalog, Change
Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
Must have strong communication and problem solving skills.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
Knowledge of ServiceNow SDLC Module
Development Background preferred
ITIL Foundations Certified
ServiceNow System Administration Certified
Ability to prototype and demo a solution in ServiceNow for customers
Experience with Project Management
Experience with agile and waterfall development methodologies
Can manage multiple competing tasks/projects at the same time
Experience with testing
