*Please send the resumes to [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Only locals please * *Required Skills:* • Working knowledge of personal computer and software testing tools, Including, but not limited to *HP Test Tools, Web Browsers, Java, SQL and M/S Office Suite * • Working knowledge of the Software Development Cycle. • Working knowledge of system testing, user acceptance testing and regression testing principles and methods applicable to mainframe and client server environments. • Working knowledge of analytical and problem isolation techniques as they relate to multiple types of information technology systems and their connectivity and related software. • Working knowledge of PC and local area network connectivity, including peripheral devices and software compatibility issues. *Preferred job skills: * • Knowledge of Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) functionality or similar Customer Information System. • *Knowledge of HP Testing tools such as Application Lifestyle Management (ALM) and automated Unified Functional Testing (UFT) * • Knowledge of OpenText Exstream (formally HP Exstream) would be a plus or similar document composition software • Knowledge of Richo Process Director (RPD) would be a plus • Knowledge of BCC Mail Manager would be a plus *Brief Job Description: *This role will also provide research, writes test cases, execute and document test results in Application Lifestyle Management (ALM) and ensures the accuracy of information for numerous supported initiatives.
