*Project Background:*
- Working within the Salesforce Application
- CRM integration project with Salesforce. This project has been
underway for 1 year and is not in the integration phase.
- The Salesforce Test Lead will be responsible for working with the
testers to ensure application integration
- Overseeing all of the development/testing.
*Required Skills:*
- Hands on experience in testing/writing cases manually, while being
able to read and understand automated cases.
- 5+ YOE in Salesforce application or development
- 5+ YOE CRM applications
- Bonus if they have CRM experience in the banking/medical industry
- 1-3 YOE being a “Lead” position
- Hands on testing/writing experience
- Has lead a group of onshore and offshore testers effectively
