Oracle EBS Developer – *Memphis, TN* *Communication must be a 10+* *Manager prefers candidates interested in a CFH (American/USC first then green card or EAD) H1’s would be a last option.* *Candidates must have very strong HR Module experience (payroll and financial a big plus)* *Position: Oracle EBS Developer – need very strong HR Module development experience* *Duration:* initial contract is always thru year-end w/1-year extensions likely after that; prefer CFH U.S. candidates, but will sponsor H1b’s if needed. 1) *MUST have extensive Oracle EBS Developer experience with HR Module. Experience with any other Modules like Payroll/Financials/others is a plus.* 2) *MUST have excellent English.* 3) *PREFER candidates interested in CFH in the Memphis area. Please specify on submittal if interested in CFH.* *Work Scope:* One (1) application programmer to assist in developing interfaces, data conversions and maintaining the ORACLE E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Resources Module and Interfaces. *Job Skills:* Our skill preferences are as follows: • Proven experience in ORACLE Forms, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle EBS 12 & 11-5-10 – experience administering ORACLE HR (Payroll and Financials a plus). • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. • Warehouse, order and inventory management applications is a plus. • Experience and understanding of relational databases, data modeling • Experience with Internet technology, client/server architectures, structured development and test methodologies. • Requirements gathering and documentation. • Project planning and management. • Oracle Forms 10.1.2 Development. • Oracle Forms 11.1 Development. • Oracle Reports. • Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Candidate is expected to maintain and support existing programs and interface with customers. • Must possess good oral and written communication skills. • Candidate will be on-call and subject to all other duties as assigned. • Must speak English fluently.
