*Manager will start with a phone screen and then move to on-site if needed
(will hire right off of phone screen) HR Systems analyst Need someone with
Workday experience-This is a MUST. Do not submit unless they have Workday
Experience. Production support environment Configure business processes
Ability to do workday EIB’s (mass loading data into the HR system)
Troubleshoot any Workday system data Must See Skill Set: HR Module of
Workday – at least 2 years’ experience Any industry is fine. Bachelors not
required*



Workday HRIS Administrator will support the HRIS team to provide system
support, guidance, and administration. This systems expert will be
established as Workday super-user providing day-to-day user support and
troubleshooting of system issues in production.

80% • Strong knowledge of HCM foundation, business processes, reports and
security in Workday
• Workday security design, management and systems administration experience
is a must. Solid understanding of security configuration, security groups,
roles, workflow, intersection security, integration security.
• Familiarity with Workday configuration and integrations (WD Studio, core
connectors) and SQL skills desired.
• The incumbent will be extremely knowledgeable about Workday Business
Processes, as well as in determining and communicating best practices in
entering and maintaining systems data.
o May be asked to assist users of the Workday system in resolving issues
involving business process steps.
• Advanced Workday report writing experience, both in modifying delivered
and creating custom reports, including composite reports, matrix reports,
dashboards, etc.
• Demonstrating ability to troubleshoot the deep details of an issue and
resolve them from end to end. These fixes may include short-term
workarounds, but will always focus on long term and comprehensive solutions
to problems.
•
20% • Support projects and cross functional initiatives. Act as a resource
for HR special projects (i.e. implementation M&A activities)
• Ensure activities are delivered on time and with quality
• Escalate issues/risks pro-actively to appropriate team and members and
management
• Regularly communicate status and challenges to team members and management



* Education and Experience Requirements *Include educational requirements
or equivalency, required years and type(s) or experience, and
necessary licenses or certificates. Specify which are required and which
are preferred. For UK,
please do not use years of experience due to UK Legislation

* • *Undergraduate or equivalent degree (preference for a focus in
Technology Services or Computer Science)
• Minimum of 3 years of practical Workday Administration experience
• Experience working with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and other
respective Workday modules
• Experience and knowledge of Workday's implementation methodology
• Experience with iterative or agile software development methodologies
• Working knowledge of PM tools such as MS Project and MS Excel
