Technology (IT) System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.*

·         Skilled at organizational change management





*Role Description*



   - *Anticipated initial assignment is for a Duck Creek On Demand
Project.* This
   project involves moving our Policy Administration System, Duck Creek, from
   an on-premisis solution to a cloud solution.  This business analyst will
   work with the project team to capture non-functional requirements and IT
   process changes



*Responsibilities *



·         Under minimal supervision, perform business analysis efforts
including eliciting, analyzing, documenting and communicating the business
needs based on input and direction from subject matter experts and BA
Lead.

·         Work includes the analysis of current and future IT SDLC
processes.

·         Manage versioning of requirements and updates to artifacts
throughout the project lifecycle to enable requirements traceability.

·         Works with leadership to create buy-in on the deliverables and
approach.

·         Works collaboratively with project team to effectively support
delivery of quality solutions.

·         Plans and facilitates BA Peer and Technical requirement review
sessions.

   - Interacts with architecture, security, infrastructure, developers and
   testing team members to provide requirements clarifications throughout
   project lifecycle
   - Work with testing team members to ensure requirements coverage within
   test cases and plan model office testing of impacted processes.
   - Enforce project requirement standards, templates, and methods to
   complete work.
   - Research change requests and reports impacts to the rest of the team.
   - Participate in the resolution of defects.
   - Facilitates user acceptance testing.



*Required Skills & Qualifications*




·         Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

·         Must be able to work independently and effectively with limited
guidance

·         Must also be able to work within a defined team structure that
requires consistent communication

·         Has the ability to quickly understand new technologies and
business models and be able to evaluate their relevance to achieving
business strategy

·         *4 - 7 years of relevant BA experience*

·         Knowledgeable and adaptable with one or more S*DLC methodologies*

·         Strong facilitation skills

·         Experience in *crafting and eliciting measurable requirements*

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Experience executing medium to large complex projects on BA
activities
