Familiar with Active Directory, WSUS, GPOs. SCOM, SCCM, ADFS, AD-LDS? Manage, maintain, monitor and support Directory Services infrastructure, including daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance.? Monitors operating system tasks, which includes memory and processor utilization. Conducts operational and possible faults checks. Resolves matters of significance and implements corrective course of action as needed.? Performs troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems; documents system events to ensure continuous functioning. Utilizes standard tools to record change and problem activities for tracking purposes.? Responsible for driving technical service resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. ? Develops strategies to manage the frequency of appropriate support package/patch application. Monitors system maintenance and provides appropriate recommendations, when required. ? Researches current systems technology and serves as subject matter expert on complex systems, processes and procedures. ? Participate in rotating shift/on call coverage, as needed to support organizational goals for 24x7 operations.
