*Client::* WWE *MOI::* T + F2F [Need locals] *Long Term* *Note:: ideal profile will have licensing/retail experience with AX, can technically support & do SSRS.* *Role responsibilities:* 100% end user support of business users on AX (primarily functional support - meeting with finance to refine requirements, assisting with monthly and quarterly close processes - 60%, report set-up, enhancements with remote development team and other technical support - 40%) *Environment:* tense at times, must understand urgency of certain issues *MUST HAVES: * - *Microsoft Dynamics AX experience with AP module (payroll experience highly preferred as this area gets the most questions) * - Collaborates well with *finance teams* - Experience writing *SQL queries on SQL server* - *SSRS reporting* - *Experience supporting royalties/licensing/participations reporting (tracking and recording royalties for licensed groups and individual talents entitled to those licenses) * *NICE TO HAVES: * - AX (IP) module to track and record royalties for licensed group - Prior experience with Visual basic (some lingering code exists in VB) --------------------------------------------------------------- *JOB DESCRIPTION* The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance & support for consumer products systems for licensing, talent royalties, e-commerce shop and venue. Provide application expertise for medium to high complexity projects/initiatives as they relate to the implementation and support of these application and/or infrastructure technology in a multi-platform environment. The Application Support Analysts' principal responsibility is to ensure the availability of all line-of-business application systems and overall technology production support of critical business systems.
