*Job Description: *

IT Governance and Planning is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for
its Service Management Office (SMO).  This position will help facilitate
business meetings in conjunction with the implementation team to drive
business requirements for CentralStation reporting and implementation of
Performance Analytics.  This is a hands-on position where the individual
will be involved in requirement gathering, analysis, testing, etc., related
to Performance Analytics (ServiceNow).  The role will also entail several
elements of project management, including defining and adhering to a
schedule with deliverables, the ability to work independently, and
potentially supervise / oversee the work of others.

*Key Qualifications*

·         The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and practical
“get it done” work style with deep subject matter expertise in Service
Management.

·         Experience with the ServiceNow software specifically in the area
of Performance Analytics.

·         Previous experience with Incident, Problem, Request, and Change
Management business processes

·         Strong understanding of how to analyze, design, and document
business and operational processes.

·         Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough
understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into
application and operational requirements.

·         Effective presentation, oral, and written business communication
skills with various audiences and levels.

·         Significant project management experience and high attention to
detail.

·         Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams
in a fast-moving and dynamic business environment.

·         A track record of influencing a dynamic set of stakeholders with
competing interests toward win-win outcomes.

·         Has worked on large ITSM tools-based implementation programs.
Assisted clients in facilitating business meetings on process requirements
and developing business cases.

·         Worked on several onsite / offshore engagements involving
developing business case and rollout of enterprise wide ITIL processes.

·         Extensively involved in due diligence, process gap analysis,
recommendations, definitions, training, pilot support, and facilitation
thru industry best practices.

·         Familiarity and understanding of the software development
lifecycle, in both a waterfall and agile environment.

·         Having facilitated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Train the
Trainers and/or users on using a Service Management tool a plus.



*Description*

·         Collaborate with other Service Management Office (SMO) personnel
on the definition, implementation, and management of Apple’s Service
Management processes and procedures as it relates to Performance Analytics
and Reporting.

·         Work closely with Program Manager and Subject Matter Experts of
CentralStation (IS&T’s Service Management  system), proactively addressing
issues, gathering business requirements, on boarding and training new users
and business groups.

·         Skilled in analyzing and reengineering business processes, and
recommending solutions as this position will be facilitating business
meetings with IS&T as well as business group stakeholders on business
requirements.

·         This position will work closely with the ServiceNow support and
implementation teams.

·         ITIL V3 Expert – All Lifecycle modules



*Education / Certification*

·         Bachelors degree (essential), MBA (desired).

·         Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in relevant roles as
described above.

·         Project Management certification (desired).
