We are looking for a dynamic, personable candidate to join our team.
There’s tremendous growth potential within our current CRM project and with
that growth potential we need a team member that can scale quickly while
maintaining excellent communication and execution of tasks.

The CRM Administrator is responsible for system administration, data
management, and the development and maintenance of business solutions
related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.

The primary responsibilities of this position will be focused on managing
the day-to-day activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM including:

   - Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics data integrations.
   - Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics system design and
   customization within the desktop, mobile and outlook versions.
   - Collaborate to develop improved operational efficiencies and analytics.
   - Perform imports and exports of data from the application as requested.
   - Customize and maintain our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including
   user setup and maintenance, role hierarchy, profiles & permissions,
   security, page layouts, objects, fields, workflows and data management.
   - Troubleshoot and resolve internal cases logged by end users related to
   reports, dashboards, views, access/visibility, system errors, feature
   requests data quality and other general questions related to the system.
   - Able to quickly understand customer business situations and needs and
   effectively/precisely address those needs.
   - Able to roadmap Microsoft Dynamics projects and plan for complex
   situations, additions and issues that may arise.
   - Understanding of and experience managing a Microsoft Dynamics
   integration with Sharepoint
   - Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft’s add-on modules.
   - Experience documenting CRM processes, systems etc. for internal use as
   well as developing training and documentation for end-users.
   - Maintain multiple user roles, account assignments, security, profiles
   and workflow rules.
   - Maintain CRM databases including data cleansing, record maintenance,
   and data linkages to other source systems.
   - Work independently and on multiple projects against deadlines in a
   dynamic environment where consistently producing deliverables within agreed
   upon timelines is expected.
   - Previous experience or knowledge of Click Dimensions would be a plus.

Ability to manage many on-going projects, tasks and priorities and maintain
a high level of attention to detail.

   - Focus areas for this position include: MS CRM Sales Dashboards, Sales
   Forecasting, Account/Contact Management, Lead Management, Opportunity
   Management, Approval Workflow, Design Structure and Reporting.

*Requirements:*

   - Bachelor’s degree
   - Minimum of 2+ years of CRM system administration experience with
   Microsoft Dynamics
   - Certified Microsoft CRM Administrator or equivalent demonstrated work
   experience.
   - Data management – Experience extracting, transforming, and loading
   large volumes of data. Experience with data governance best practices for
   maintaining high levels of data quality.
   - Exceptional communications skills as well as an ability to truly
   understand end-user needs
   - Strong analytical skills
   - Experience troubleshooting and finding solutions to complex problems
   - Ability to determine the best approach to solution design and
   development, with focus on simplicity and scalability
   - Ability to work autonomously and in teams in a rapidly changing
   environment
   - Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
   with end users
   - Advanced experience with MS Excel, including pivot tables, advanced
   formulas, and charting
   - Eagerness to learn beyond core responsibilities
   - Strong interpersonal skills, with focus on attentive customer service,
   exercises good judgement.
