STRUTS / MVC framework, jsp / Servlet / Tag libs, XML . Core Java . Design patterns . Oracle 10G, PL-SQL, database design, performance tuning, shell scripting, Data Modeling. . Spring/Hibernate knowledge preferable. . Must have strong analytical skills. . Able to work in a team, self starter. . Must be able to cope with aggressive deadlines. . Must be able to work long hours, and weekends as the assignment requires. . Application support during and after business hours is required. . Compliance knowledge preferable. . Financial Industry experience is required. . Ability to work independently in a small team. . Ability to complete assignment under a tight deadline. . Ability to innovate in order to boost productivity.
