This person will be responsible for SharePoint information architecture of metadata in page design, applying web parts, wireframes, creation of UI elements, and creation of layout templates based on the needs of the various NCDOT business units. This contractor should have extensive experience creating out of the box SharePoint 2013 solutions. This contractor should also be familiar with SharePoint Designer, HTML, CSS JavaScript, Angular.JS and jQuery, and using these tools together to manipulate the DOM.
