REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): KNOWLEDGE OF GIS AND MAPPING SYSTEMS AND THE TOOLS NECESSARY FOR DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION.
