Business Analyst/BI Client – Lennar
Location - Miami, FL Durations- 6 months+ Visa- H1, EAD,GC,USC We are in need of two business analysts, a senior (*10 years+*) and a mid-level (*5+ years*) *business Analyst* with experience supporting *Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse* projects. The emphasis is on Data Warehouse and *NOT REPORTING*. This is a phone and Skype to hire. The client has indicated that there could be some flexibility for the right candidate so please send to me even if they are above the target rate. *Candidates in the state of Florida are a plus* but not required. ****Please only send me candidates with Business Analyst and Data warehousing experience.* *Responsibilities* * Facilitates requirements gathering and user story workshops. * Conduct gap analysis the business requirements and create templates or any artifact needed to prevent gaps in the future. * Creates user stories, use case diagrams, value stream maps, acceptance tests, personas, object role models, etc. to communicate high-level technical functions and requirements. * Work closely with the BI/Data warehouse development teams to ensure user requirements and stories are well understood and develop accordingly. * Facilitates UAT sessions with multiple business teams and documents feedback to improve the overall results of the solutions. * Responsible for sprint demos to business users and training the trainers for rollouts. * Responsible for rollout support and transition to application support desk team. * Coach and mentor other analysts and product owners. * Facilitates change requests review and approval by the Change Advisory Board when required. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and propose business solutions. * Assist in identifying data quality problems and in determining options to resolve them. * Participates in special projects. * Performs other duties as assigned. *Qualifications* * Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology field, advanced business degree (MBA preferred) * Highly analytical with experience working in Tableau or other related technologies * 2+ years of data analytics and Business Intelligence experience * Understand data visualization and best practices * Customer focused and have a passion for data visualization and user experience * Excellent written and verbal communications who is comfortable presenting to senior leadership and key business partners * Background in digital product development for both web and mobile. * Understands both the technical and business sides of the product and is ultimately responsible for representing the end user's needs * Strong interpersonal, collaboration, relationship building and negotiating skills * Experience synthesizing all market data into meaningful requirements in order to take your product to the next level. *Preferred Experience* * Ability to establish trust and confidence with business stakeholders. * Experience working within an Agile organization. * 2+ years of SQL experience, with demonstrated ability to derive insights through efficient SQL queries *Regards, Meenu Yadav* *IT-Technical Recruiter Source Infotech Inc. **3840 Park Avenue, Suite C-205, Edison, NJ-08820* *Phone#: 609-608-0466|| Fax: 732-909-2282 || Email: * *[email protected]* <[email protected]> *------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------* *Disclaimer:* If you are not interested in receiving our e-mails then please reply with a "REMOVE" in the subject line at [email protected] for automatic removal.
