Relevant candidates will include dedicated Business Analyst who have 10 years' of experience with the below deliverables and requirements. *Minimum deliverables include:* - Process Model / Workflows - User Persona for each role - Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria Definition - Use Cases, Descriptions and Maps - User Interface Layouts - Report Layouts and Table - Test scripts and scenarios - Security Roles and Permissions Matrix - Structured Walkthrough Sessions with Stakeholders - Training Materials *MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS OF PERSONNEL* - A minimum of 10 years' of experience as a Business Analyst working on IT projects (THIS IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT) - Agile/Scrum experience and 3 months as a Scrum Master preferred - Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively across department, divisions, functions, cultures and levels in a large global company.
