*We are looking for a Strong Functional PeopleSoft T&L Lead Consultant * Please send the qualified resumes to *g**[email protected].* * * * * *PeopleSoft T&L Lead - Boston, MA, Rate -60/hr Fixed .Duration – 1Year * *Client is seeking an individual with a minimum of 7 years experience with PeopleSoft Time and Labor. Individuals should possess hands-on functional experience with implementing PeopleSoft Time and Labor with employee populations over 50,000. Experience with Time & Labor 9.0 is required. The individual will lead activities such as design and configuration of employee and manager self-service, rules and schedules within PeopleSoft 9.0 Time & Labor. The initial duration of this assignment is for a 1 year.* * * *JOB REQUIREMENTS:* *Hands-on working knowledge of PeopleSoft Time & Labor 9.0 including Employee/Manager Self Service for Time & Labor, Time Administration, interfacing with TCDs, configuration for complex rules. * *Demonstrated experience as a Time and Labor “lead” functional consultant for implementations of large employee populations with complex rules and union representation. * *Ability to facilitate understanding of existing and new functionality, identification and resolution for areas where business processes depart from delivered PeopleSoft 9.0 software solutions and to recommend best practices from past experience. * *Working with the project team and functional areas within the client organization to achieve consensus in identifying business processes, determining business process changes, and recommending areas where customizations should be considered. * *Conduct business requirements sessions with end users, fit/gap sessions and other focus groups; document findings, perform analysis and create functional specifications and recommendations to management. * *Experience with all phases of testing including unit, system, integration, parallel and user acceptance. * *Public Sector experience is preferred. * * * *REQUIRED SKILLS (7 years minimum experience):* Ø *Experience performing complete life cycle projects in a functional capacity * Ø *Proficiency writing functional test plans, test cases and test scripts * Ø *Superior analytical and documentation skills. * Ø *Excellent communication skills including written and verbal. In addition, presentation delivery skills are required for focus sessions and fit/gap sessions. * Ø *SQL and PSQuery is a plus * Ø *Time Collection Devices is a plus * Ø *Public Sector experience is preferred. * Thank you for your time!
