The Technology Integration Manager is the technical lead for our
customer-facing solutions that leverage partner application integration and
is responsible for defining, developing, deploying and supporting
technology integrations.

*Education/Experience Required*

*Qualifications *

•       BS/BA in Computer Science or Business, preferred

•       7+ years in technology system development and support

•       3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com development and support

•       3+ years in a technology leadership role

•       Partner application development experience with CRM, HRIS, or other
systems preferred

•       Salesforce Certifications (201, 401, 501, etc)

•       Exceptional soft skills and ability to engage clients and customers

·        Evaluate and define high value partner integration opportunities
between BI Worldwide and potential partners/technologies

·        Work closely with business leaders and product development to
manage a roadmap that aligns to business strategy

·        Lead the design and development process for partner technology
integration projects, coordinating efforts with partner and BIW product
development teams

·        Support BIW client technology teams in partner application
implementation and configuration for client programs

·        Develop/maintain technical expertise and certifications on partner
technologies and act as the troubleshooting lead for partner applications
as programs operate.

·        Manage ongoing maintenance and enhancement plans for integrated
partner applications

·        Maintain ongoing partner and internal relationships with local and
global teams
