*Location: **Jersey City NJ, Tampa FL & Dallas TX*
*Duration: 6+ Months*
*Required Skills:*
- Software and language skills must include 5+ years’ experience in Java
as well as J2EE, STRUTS, JSP’s.
- Experience with technologies such as JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery,
Bootstrap, DataTables, CSS, HTML.
- Solid understanding of JSON and XML.
- Strong understanding of back end back end technologies.
- Experience developing RESTful Web Services.
- Experience with Eclipse or Rational Application Developer.
- 2+ years’ experience with the following AWS services:
- EC2
- Elastic Beanstalk
- S3
- Data Pipeline
- CloudWatch
- DynamoDB
- RDS preferably Aurora
- Lambda
- AWS messaging a plus (Kinesis, SQS)
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with data modeling.
- Able to design and implement scalable software architecture and design
patterns.
- Experience with event-based and message-driven distributed systems
working with message brokers, including development of producers and
consumers.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Junit.
- Familiar with different software development methodologies (Waterfall,
Agile, Scrum).
- Experience with Continuous Integration / Delivery.
- Experience with continuous integration tools, like GIT, JIRA, Jenkins,
Maven.
- Knowledge of source code control management systems and configuration
management (Git preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
