Monitors network for potential performance and availability issues 5. Experienced with performing root cause analysis, risk identification, and risk mitigation 7. Respond to, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate network-related incidents and problems 8. Direct projects / teams comprised of IT technical experts and business representatives 10. Provide Systems Maintenance request and test plans. This includes making recommendations for standards *BASIC REQUIREMENTS:* 1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or equivalent relevant experience 2. 7-10 years of supporting and designing enterprise networks and technologies 3.
