Rate:$42/Hr* Title:Business Analyst Location:Nashville, TN (Franklin, TN. 1 Nissan Way) Duration:1 year *Shift: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM; some late hours required due to Development team in China – 13 hours ahead of central * High-Level Responsibilities: Provide project status update on a weekly or bi-weekly basis (twice a week) Facilitate project meetings and distribute meeting minutes Coordinate the various project team members remove any roadblocks Apply very strong analytical skills – including requirements analysis, test planning and problem solving skills Apply very strong communication skills; emails, presentations Ability to work with high-demand client Associates or Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred. Certified Business Analyst desired or equivalent work experience (3-5 years) 5 to 10 years-experience required with the software requirements life-cycle, including: documenting, traceability, design, development, testing, defect tracking and resolution, etc. Ability to present requirements to China Development teams. 3 to 5 years-experience Desired with requirement and testing tools, such as: HP Quality Center, Selenium, JIRA, Visio, Excel. Write/Create SQL queries with Oracle DBA for analysis and requirements confirmation.
