Description:
Ø This position is responsible for the systems analysis of highly
complex applications by working with business partners and within multiple
functions to align technology solutions with business strategies; eliciting,
documenting, and refining system requirements for the IT organization to
align it with business requirements; serving as a liaison across multiple
facets of the business community and the IT organization in order to provide
technical solutions to meet user needs; leveraging an informed knowledge of
business and areas to identify and/or resolve problems on an ongoing basis.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ø Quality Center,
Ø Solution Delivery Methodology,
Ø 5010 subject matter expert,
Ø Familiarity with IT technologies, and familiarity with BCBSA
mandates,
Ø MUST have excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills,
Ø EDI Compliance experience,
Ø HIPAA Admin SIM knowledge
Ø This resource will be supporting the ANSI 5010 project.
