Ideal candidates will have experience with the following:
Sybase and SQL Server administration experience. Experience with
SAS/Datastage will also be useful.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science,
Management Information Systems, related discipline or equivalent
experience.
4-6 years experience in relational database and data warehouse technologies,
transaction processing, and procedures including advanced modeling and
design tools.
Experience in programming languages such as Cobol, Pascal, Perl, C++, Visual
Basic, .net. KSH (Korn Shell) scripting experience preferred.
Systems administration experience; UNIX preferred.
Experience troubleshooting database connectivity issues; knowledge of
network protocols such as TCP/IP, SSH.
