Position: IT Desktop Analyst Location: Galesburg, MI Duration: 1 year Rate: Open Must be locals. Must be US Citizens and GC's Description § Provides day-to-day IT desktop configuration for customers (employees and contractors). This is a Hands-on position. § Experience with Enterprise PC configuration (HP and Dell laptops/desktops/Engineering Workstation) is required. § Provides technical support for remote access with Eaton hardware devices. § Working knowledge of Ghost and/or other imaging software is also required. § Coordinates technical activities related to updating customer devices to assure security and compliance management rollout plans. § Drives IT Services process improvements. § Participates in creating and delivering internal IT, as well as, end-user documentation and training. § Contributes to IT initiatives through research, testing, project development and rollout plans.
