POSITION: SAP FI-CO Manager

LOCATION:DALLAS,TX

 DURATION:2MONTH



 Additional Skills: Deep understanding of FI, CO and integration knowledge
of SD, MM, PP and PM is highly desirable.

Important: Candidates not having at least one full cycle New GL Migration
experience (Migration from Classic GL to New GL) need not apply. New GL
Migration experience must include profit center accounting, document
splitting and parallel ledger solutions. Experience with BW and SEM/BCS will
be an advantage.

Bachelors Degree Required - Thorough knowledge and understanding of SAP New
GL and FICO application based solutions with demonstrated expertise in
multiple SAP modules. Significant experience consulting, designing,
implementing and leading significant tracks on larger project or leading
medium sized consulting engagements within the SAP product suite.

Thorough SAP consulting background with significant experience assisting
clients in the implementation and support of SAP New GL and FICO packaged
solutions and improving financial business processes.

Thorough experience and subject matter expertise with the SAP New GL product
suite leading or assisting with technical development efforts and off-shore
development resources. Thorough experience designing, implementing and
supporting complex business processes in an SAP environment. Thorough
experience designing, building, testing and deploying the technical
components required for successful SAP New GL and FICO solutions. Areas of
expertise include RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions,
Forms) design and development.

Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs:

building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and
community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource
requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and
preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.

Considerable experience as a team leader: supervising teams to create an
atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and
innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written
and verbal feedback.
