The client prefers candidates holding a Microsoft (MS) "MVP" designation
(though not required).
A strong Computer Science (CS) foundation is also required. A CS degree is
preferred but each candidate must have a strong understanding of CS
Laws such as: Cohesion, Coupling and Complexity (only an example of many
related laws).
