This Project is 90 % work is Remote work and 10% is onsite. The position is for a lead DBA, so the administration of the production database will be a key responsibility, including object management, space management, workload management and optimization, backup and recovery, and security administration. Knowledge of Teradata V12 and workload management tools such as TASM and Query Manager is requiredThe position is actually a virtual position, but it is required to be within 90 minutes access of Baltimore in order to attend periodic meetings as required, or in the event of a system issue. Responsible day to day administration of computerized databases. Responsible for quality control and auditing of databases to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data. Works with users to resolve data conflicts and inappropriate data usage. Maintains corporate data dictionary. Reports to the Database Manager/Administrator.
