Candidate must have all the skills required for this position. Title: .Net Developer Location: Detroit, MI U.S Citizens, Green Cards and EAD only.. Our client is seeking a Senior Programmer/Analyst to implement the Information Data Exchange System (SIDES). A core set of questions specific to separation from employment will be generated to employers/ agents; each Department will have the ability to add specific questions based on separating circumstances. The following tasks are samples but not a complete list of tasks that may be requested of the Contractor employees. •Work with Project Manager to review development and maintenance tasks, and prioritize tasks. • Code computer programs using the standard computer programming language/tool to interface with SIDES. • Prepare program test data and test programs to determine the accuracy of program logic to produce required results. • Work with the Project Manager to prepare systems test data and test programs to ensure they meet initial design specifications. • Prepare system documentation in accordance with standards. • Prepare system demonstrations for users on partial or complete systems. • Assist in system and functional design. Prepare functional prototypes and screen/report mockups as required. Work closely with users to help solicit and document feedback. • Prepare efficient and effective backup and recovery scripts for systems under development. • Prepare tables and structures necessary to store data, using calculated storage parameters. • Change systems to maintain support of previously supported business processes. Such changes include modifications made in response to changes in the supported business processes; modifications made to correct application malfunctions; and modifications made to comply with standards, changing technology, to improve performance, or to lower long-term maintenance costs. • Tune the application to meet user specified performance requirements. Required Skills: -Expert knowledge in .Net Development. -Experience includes Visual Studio 2003/2005, .Net 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, and now also working in Visual Studio 2008 and .Net 3.5. In addition to development and software architecture duties on the (Client/Company name) project was the Database Architect and the Database Administrator as well.
