OTC is Order to Cash. *Subject:* SAP Continuous Control Monitoring "Bridge" looking to build a continuous control monitoring model for SAP enabled processes. The “to-be” model is to leverage SAP-GRC – Process Control but the product needs to mature. Therefore Timken is looking to build a bridge in the near term using SAP AIS and ACL. Phase 1: Assessment/Proof of concept - Assess the current AIS environment and current setup in Timken’s ECC 5.0 SAP system - Provide a demonstration of “out of the box” functionality available in SAP AIS - Gather a few key continuous compliance tests for PTP and OTC and provide an approach on how transactional data can be retrieved “out of the box” to satisfy/validate effectiveness testing under SOX 404 - Provide a recommended approach to building the bridge for Timken utilizing SAP AIS and ACL for PTP and OTC. *Send resumes to [email protected]* -- R .
