Resumes received after this date/time will not be accepted. ------------ --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- DESCRIPTION: Enterprise architecture, new technology implementation, research and evaluation of emerging technologies, strategic technology planning, consulting, software validation, e-business support Works with some guidance from Principal Consultant, consults on a wide spectrum of existing and emerging technologies and associated services and processes Leads special technical projects Provides strategic planning and comprehensive senior level technical consulting to IT senior management and senior technical staff Evaluates compliance with the organization' s technology standards Guides and consults with IT management and technical staffs regarding use of emerging technologies and associated services Participates in the evaluation, selection and application of new and emerging tools and techniques Has wide latitude in determining creative solutions to strategic and operational needs Other duties may be assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all facets of web strategy delivery in an IT setting Manage customer relationships, commitments, expectations, and satisfaction Manage project scope, delivery, quality levels, performance, and end user adoption of solutions Manage a cross functional team Support iterative and process -oriented approach to projects Enterprise architecture, new technology implementation, research and evaluation of emerging technologies, strategic technology planning, consulting, software validation, e-business support REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in related field required Master's Degree in related field preferred Minimum eight (8) years related experience preferred REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills A high proficiency level in specific job related skills is required Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job Deep experience in web technologies and development Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work at different levels of the organization - from deep technical discussions to executive level presentations Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with all levels within the organization, from understanding complex details of internal project issues to executive level discussions and presentations Demonstrated experience in managing development for complex projects on time and within budget Four (4) to ten (10) years of Project Management experience Experience in clinical or health care payer solutions desired Experience with iterative or LEAN development methodologies strongly preferred Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced development environment Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) Thanks & Regards sandi Recruiter G Technologies Inc. 4340 Stevens Creek Blvd, San Jose, CA 95129.
