Required Technical Skills 1) Developer-.NET C# - Expert with 4 year(s) experience. Must have significant, recent experience with C#, ASP.NET<mhtml:mid://00000167/>, and web services (C# experience is not optional). 2) Understands factors that influence application performance and scalability; Previous Internet development experience - Intermediate with 3 year(s) experience. Experience with enterprise and/or high-volume systems. 3) SQL Server database design and stored procedure development - Intermediate with 3 year(s) experience. 4) Applying service-oriented concepts in application architecture. 5) Object-oriented analysis, design, and development - Intermediate with 5 year(s) experience. Classroom OO knowledge is not sufficient - expected to understand concepts, and have experience applying on many projects. Preferred Technical Skills 1) Experience with a formal methodology. Experience with an iterative, agile process would be a plus. 2) Experience with automated unit testing and automated software build processes.
