*Location: San Jose, CA*
*Duration: 3-6 months*
1. *Responsibilities:*
1. Responsible for technical installation and configuration of
audio/video/network equipment and systems
2. Develop Test Plans with corresponding Use Cases
3. Execute tests and document results
4. Communicate test results and provide recommendations for
implementation
5. Bug tracking and issue resolution with team colleagues and Business
Unit subject matter experts
6. Track production and test hardware/software and recommend purchases
to management as required
2. *Required:*
1. BS Computer Science or equivalent
2. At least 5 years experience implementing and support
enterprise-level IT applications
3. Working knowledge of audio/video technology and related protocols
4. Working knowledge of project management methodologies (SDLC, DMAIC,
PLC, etc.)
5. Working knowledge of Cisco networking products and associated
technologies (i.e. Security, TCP/IP, SNMP, Firewall, traffic
sniffing, MPLS
VPN, circuits etc.)
6. Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux system administration and command
line scripting
7. Working knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
8. Strong team player and also self-motivated to reach team
goals/objectives
3. *Desirable:*
1. Previous experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco
TelePresence components
2. Previous experience working on Cisco internal and/or external
web-based applications
3. Installation, configuration and support of legacy/H.323-compatible
audio/video end-points
4. MS Computer Science
