REQ#1 Linux System Administrator-L3 Location: Irvine, CA Duration: 3+ months *Experience: 8-10yrs* Job Description/Skills Required: *Mandatory:* - Linux installations - Expertise with Apache 2.x, SSL - Remote system administration using SSH - Should be familiar with using *Nagios* for service and server monitoring - Deploy and Manage SSL certificates, Shell & PERL scripting as needed to automate features - Strong understanding of networking and IP communication - User account management and security - Manage, implement & test Linux OS upgrades, including impact analysis on new features, releases and patches, managing the upgrade project, including testing and Production cutover. Schedule installations and upgrades, and maintain them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
