*****Immediately Needed A Consultant***** Peoplesoft TAM (eRecruit) Technical Lead Location: Atlanta, GA or Frankfort, Germany Duration: 5+ Months Contract Rate : Open Duties: My project is looking to fill a Technical Lead role to support a new implementation being conducted by our client. We are looking for a consultant possessing deep skills with PeopleSoft TAM (eRecruit) implementations. We are looking for someone with a technical background, as this role will be helping our development team write Technical Designs, leveraging the consultant’s knowledge of the application. Responsibilities: Our client is planning to implement PeopleSoft eRecruit (now called PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Management and Candidate Gateway) to replace their existing recruiting tool. They will be using functionality such as Application Tracking, Career Portal, Vendor Portal, as well as integration with existing HCM and MSS applications. We are looking for a Consultant with a Technical background to help lead this implementation. The candidate should possess extensive experience with PeopleSoft eRecruit implementations. We need someone who can help our development team review the Functional Designs Provided by the client, use their knowledge of the application to help our team write Technical Designs, and then help direct the implementation efforts. Experience with PS TAM Version 9.1 is preferred, but not required. The initial duration will be 4-5 months, with the likelihood of being extended throughout the length of the implementation.
