Please send matching resumes to [email protected] * Microstrategy BI Developer Ann Arbor, MI 6 Months + Rate: Open The Business Intelligence Developer will be a part of a team implementing MicroStrategy to replace Cognos cubes as the source of BI for the company. He or she will be responsible for understanding the data model in order to create objects in MicroStrategy. The Developer will work with users to understand requirements to write reports, documents, and dashboards as well as empowering users to create their own ad hoc reports. He or she will also develop ETL to load tables in the data warehouse, incorporating business rules. *Qualifications:* · 5+ years experience MicroStrategy Development · Experience in supporting MicroStrategy users to train and debug report issues · Understanding of basic Data Modeling practices and schemas · Proficient in SQL · Experience in ETL development in a GUI environment (DataStage, IBM InfoSphere Warehouse, etc.) · Experience in database administration, specifically in a DB2 environment, in terms of query optimization and performance · Experience in restaurant reporting a plus *Job Duties:* · Develop MicroStrategy Metadata Objects (Tables, Facts, Attributes, Metrics, Filters) · Gather reporting requirements from functional users · Develop MicroStrategy reports, documents, and dashboards · Debug data inconsistencies via SQL tool · Work with users to train and support, enabling them to create their own ad hoc reports · Develop ETL jobs using IBM InfoSphere Warehouse -- Regards Santosh Delight Consulting Services LLC. 2565 S.
